DTA Medical instrument warranty

GENERAL INSTRUMENT WARRANTY DTA MEDICAL

1) The equipment is guaranteed 24 months from the date of purchase, which must be evidenced by the Fiscal document of delivery (packing slip showing the date of purchase and/or invoice) to be entered the number in the required field.

2) The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of individual parts or pieces found to be defectively manufactured.

3) Warranty is void if annual routine maintenance is not exercised.

4) Failures or damage resulting from poor maintenance, improper power supply, negligence or inexperience, as well as parts subject to normal wear and tear of use (MISCELLANEOUS ACCESSORIES) including video and control board are excluded from the warranty.

5) The warranty is void if I 'device has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

6) The broken appliance, must be had repaired by an authorized technician at your center/studio or at our Service Center. The costs and risks of transportation are the responsibility of the purchaser.

7) The warranty, does not under any circumstances contemplate the replacement of the device, technical repair time does not result in time extension of the warranty, which remains 24 months from the date of the delivery document.

8) In the event of a dispute over the application of the warranty. I 'buyer may not suspend or delay payment of the purchase price or installments.

9) No compensation may be claimed by the purchaser for equipment stoppage.

10) Compensation for direct or indirect damage of any kind to persons or property by I 'use or suspension of use of the equipment is excluded.

11) The Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction for any dispute.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENSION CARBO2

Partially derogating from the provisions of Chapter 13 (warranty terms) of the CARBO2 instrumentation user's manual, the warranty is extended for an additional 36 (thirty-six) months, thus totaling 5 years and/or 8,000 treatments subject to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the manual and excluding a priori video and proportional speed up valves.

This extension strictly requires the obligation of annual routine maintenance and/or achievement of no. 1,000 treatments (replacement of spore filter, control of dispensing flows, and visual and instrumental inspection of all parts subject to wear and tear and software update); failure to carry out a scheduled annual routine inspection, which must be carried out from the first year, of the instrumentation will immediately void ipso jure this extended warranty as will any work carried out by unauthorized personnel or unauthorized service centers.
