PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how this website is managed, with reference to the processing of personal data of users/visitors who consult it. It is an information notice that is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 - European Regulation on the protection of personal data - to those who connect to the website and take advantage of its web services from the address www.dtamedica.it The information notice is provided only for the above-mentioned website and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through appropriate links. The website www.dtamedica.it is owned by ACEA MEDICA srl, the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), which guarantees compliance with the aforementioned legislation, imprinting the processing on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and fundamental rights of users/visitors.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

MODE OF TREATMENT
